LEO Santa partnered with the Berea Fire Department

LEO Santa partnered with the Berea Fire Department, Berea SC, to support a local family whose home suffered extensive damage.  On May 27, 2025, the fire department responded to a structure fire that resulted in extensive damage to a residence on Cherrylane Drive. The blaze caused damage to the personal possessions of an 8-year-old boy.  Chief Gary Brock, Berea Fire Department and the founder of LEO Santa’s Reignite Hope program enlisted the assistance of LEO Santa in replacing the young child’s toys.

In response, LEO Santa activated its Reignite Hope program and surprised the child with a special shopping spree.  Chief Brock commented, “this program is dear to my heart and the happiness I receive from seeing a child replacing their lost possessions is immeasurable.  We are grateful for the community and sponsors who allow LEO Santa to make this happen. Thank you.”

It is only through the generous support of community donations and corporate sponsors; LEO Santa can fund the program.  Bringing hope, love, and joy to children in need in these types of events is a priority of the organization.
